Uniform Data System (UDS)

Turning Data Into Direction

At the Hawaiʻi Primary Care Association, we use Uniform Data System (UDS) data to understand the full landscape of community health center performance across Hawaiʻi. By analyzing trends in workforce, access, chronic disease outcomes, and financial sustainability, we ensure our work is data-informed, strategically aligned, and responsive to statewide needs.

UDS allows us to identify patterns, surface opportunities, and align technical assistance with measurable priorities — turning data into meaningful action.
