Nonprofit registration bill advances in the House

HANO (Hawaii Alliance of Nonprofit Organizations) has posted an article on their web site which details the advancement of Senate Bill 3171 SD2. According to HANO the bill would require organizations that receive donations to register with the Attorney General's office.
