The Program Specialist provides programmatic and technical support in the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of the SBIRT grant. The grant is focused on making screening, early identification, and evidence-based interventions universally available for adults in primary care and community health settings for substance misuse and Substance Use Disorders (SUDs). The SBIRT program is part of HPCA’s integration of primary care and behavioral health practices into an efficient and effective system of health care.
The ideal applicant is a quick learner that is interested in program implementation and providing support to our Community Health Centers in prevention related activities. The position description can be found here.
