Annual Conference 2010
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) signed by President Obama in March did more than simply expand coverage to millions of Americans. It set in motion a number of transformative changes to our health care system that are designed to improve accountability, increase quality of care, and save long-term costs.
This year's annual conference will feature speakers who can help illuminate what these changes are and how we can best prepare for them. Topics will include payment reform, patient-centered care, the medical home, care integration, and health information exchange. We've also invited the gubernatorial candidates to a forum on Hawaii's health care system that you won't want to miss!
